It's quite dry and rough, but it's ok because it's matte lipstick. After applying lip balm and moisturizing my lips, it's great to use.
What I really liked about it is the colors. It's gorgeous, pretty and classy. I think it's well matched with those who love matte lipsticks and nude colors.
